Production Facility
Equipped with German technology — 8 MST HAVA electric vulcanisation presses, roll-forming and cutting machines, and laser-marking equipment.
Our production process uses mould vulcanisation with electric heating and nitrogen. Precise heating and controlled nitrogen pressure help maintain uniform conditions and consistent product quality.
Nitrogen provides a controlled, low-oxygen environment that can help limit oxidation during vulcanisation. Together with controlled temperature and pressure, it supports consistent rubber properties.
Compared to conventional steam-based systems, our technology offers:
